1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from the Faburs online store ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Your Contract with Faburs
Faburs G.K. is the seller and contracting party for products offered through the Service. Storefront labels used for catalogue or fulfilment operations do not create a separate contract with another seller.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- One person may not maintain more than one buyer account.
4. Purchases & Payments
- All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (¥) and include applicable consumption tax (10%).
- Available payment methods, any payment deadline, and the time at which payment is taken are shown before the order is submitted. Payment details are handled by the payment provider configured for checkout.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.
- Faburs G.K. is responsible for fulfilling accepted orders.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Faburs arranges shipment using the carrier and method shown for the order.
- The expected dispatch period is shown on the product page and again before the order is submitted. Delays outside the stated expectation are communicated when known.
- The actual shipping fee for the delivery address is shown before the order is submitted.
- Tracking information will be provided when available.
6. Returns & Refunds
- お客様都合で返品をご希望の場合は、商品到着後24時間以内にお申し込みください。未使用で、商品と梱包が元の状態であるものが対象です。破損・不良・誤配送の場合は、到着後7日以内にFabursへお知らせください。後から気づいた問題もサポートへご相談いただけます。法令に基づく権利に影響はありません。
- Start an eligible return from the order page or contact support within the displayed return window.
- Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in their original condition, and the buyer normally pays return shipping. Faburs bears reasonable return costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect goods.
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
7. 禁止事項
Users may not:
- Manipulate reviews or ratings
- Engage in fraudulent transactions
- Harass other customers or Faburs staff

8. 知的財産権
The Faburs website, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Faburs G.K. Customers retain ownership of their reviews and other submitted content and grant Faburs permission to display that content as part of the service.
9. 責任の範囲
Faburs is responsible for its obligations as seller. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable law.
10. 準拠法
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
