Fabursに問い合わせるWhat we handle
We collect the information needed to provide shopping, account, customer support, and safety functions.
Name, email address, phone number when provided, sign-in and account records, saved addresses, language, wishlists, alerts, and communication preferences.
Cart activity, orders, delivery details, payment status, refunds, returns, disputes, coupons, and loyalty activity. Faburs does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Product views, searches, device and browser details, IP address, referral and campaign identifiers, messages, reviews, questions, support requests, and the content you choose to publish.
For business contacts and people who help operate the shop, we handle contact, business, payment, tax, fulfilment, and identity-verification records where needed. This is separate from information required to shop with us.
Why it is needed
Faburs shares only what is needed with payment, delivery, email, address, hosting, security, and support providers that help us complete your request.
Faburs uses Stripe Japan, Inc. to process payment details, payment authentication, charges, refunds, and payment-status events.
Faburs uses KOMOJU Co., Ltd. to process payment details, payment authentication, charges, refunds, and payment-status events.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect customers, accounts, Faburs, or the public. We do not sell personal information.
When you consent to marketing measurement, Faburs may send a limited completed-purchase event to an enabled advertising measurement service. These events do not include payment-card numbers, delivery addresses, email addresses, or phone numbers.
Some features connect your browser to outside services. With your consent, Faburs may also send limited purchase measurements from its server. See each recipient, the information, purpose, and timing in our External Transmissions notice.
Some service providers operate global systems and may handle limited information outside Japan. Faburs reviews the protections relevant to those providers and handles overseas transfers as required by applicable law.
Faburs limits access to people and systems that need it, uses encrypted communications and access controls, monitors security-relevant activity, reviews service providers, and maintains incident and deletion procedures. We do not publish details that would weaken these protections.
We retain information only while needed for the purposes above, including account and order support, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal, tax, or accounting duties. We then delete or de-identify it where appropriate.
Essential cookies keep sign-in, carts, security, and preferences working. Optional analytics and campaign measurement require your choice and can be changed at any time through Cookie Preferences in the footer.
Your control
Where Japanese law applies, you may request notice of purpose, disclosure of retained personal data and qualifying third-party records, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of third-party provision.
Use the Faburs contact page while signed in where possible, and state the right you want to exercise and the information concerned.
We may verify you through your signed-in account, registered email, or another reasonable method. An authorized agent may be asked to show authority.
We respond without unreasonable delay and explain any legal limitation. Faburs does not currently charge a privacy-request fee.
